Zodiac Recruitment 
was established 27yrs ago by Alvin Bailiss and a dedicated team of staff who established the business when the Independent recruitment agency was something of a rarity.
Our philosophy has grown and been established over the years, and we pride ourselves on a thorough and complete service. We take the appropriate time and attention to place each and every candidate in the vacancy that will hopefully be right for the them.
On the flip side of the coin, we also make sure that the client/ company has the candidate that is most suited to their working environment. Zodiac understands the importance of employing the right staff, which is why we have a meticulous records system & database so we can find the best candidate when new vacancies arise.
Candidates are given an interview after filling in a registration form determining their skills and abilities. At this point they/you are free to discuss job requirements, aspirations and expectations with one of our friendly team of experienced recruitment consultants.
