Town Planner

Our close client is a nationwide company with offices throughout the UK. They are looking to a Town Planner to join their Land and Planning team in their Nottingham office. Our client is looking to offer the right candidate a fantastic starting salary and benefits package.
The main purpose of the role is to carry out planning and development appraisals, planning applications and land promotion. You will report to the Land Director and will have contact with fellow Planning Consultants, Local Authorities and local Planning Officers.
The right candidate will have previous experience working in either the private or public sector. They will have a degree with the RTPI accreditation and knowledge of how the planning system works. This candidate will have excellent communication skills and a full UK drivers licence
