This company is willing to accept applicants from Graduate level through to Town Planning Consultant.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Planner, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experienced town planning professionals. This role provides a chance to contribute to exciting projects, grow your skills, and make a meaningful impact on the communities that the consultancy serves.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Planning Applications: Support the preparation and submission of planning applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on planning policies, local development plans, and other relevant information to inform decision-making.
  3. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with our tight-knit team to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative planning strategies.
  4. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess conditions, understand project requirements, and contribute to the planning process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  2. Some Town Planning related experience would be advantageous
  3. Knowledge of planning policies, regulations, and procedures in the UK.
  4. Strong analytical and research skills.
