Our client is an experienced Independent Town Planning Consultancy based in the Worcestershire area. They are looking to onboard a Planner at Consultant or Senior level to help expand their team. Our client works in a variety of sectors including residential and land, mixed use, commercial and retail.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline, ideally alongside chartered membership to the RTPI and experience in Town Planning.
As a Town Planner your duties will include managing a wide range of client instructions, planning applications, undertaking site development and mentoring junior staff.
The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience! (£28-40k range)
