Graduate Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the Gloucester office of a leading consultancy who due to a sustained period of growth, are looking to add to their friendly supportive team. You Will Have:
- Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience)
- Up to two years’ Building Surveying experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficient • ArchiCAD/CAD proficient or working towards proficiency
- Full UK Driving License
Graduate Building Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:
- Determine the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair
- Advise on the health and safety aspects of buildings
- Visiting sites to complete Building Surveyor's inspections
- Completing desktop survey research about sites
- Preparing reports following inspections to outline the state of the property/site
- Assisting with the co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required
