Responsibilities:
- Conducting building surveys and preparing reports
- Providing technical advice on building design, construction and maintenance
- Working with project managers to develop cost estimates and project schedules
- Undertaking measured surveys and producing accurate drawings
- Liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals involved in a project
- Attending site meetings and assisting with project management
Requirements:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
