My client is seeking a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects throughout the North West region. As a key member of our planning team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, including conducting research, site assessments, and document preparation.
- Support the development and implementation of planning strategies, policies, and frameworks.
- Conduct consultations with stakeholders, community groups, and local authorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate planning proposals effectively.
- Stay informed about relevant planning legislation, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, Geography, or a related field.
- Full UK drivers’ licence
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
