Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to inform planning strategies and proposals.
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and other documentation.
- Providing expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Contributing to the development of creative and sustainable planning solutions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Town Planning or related field.
- Experience in a planning related role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
