I am very happy to be working with one of our closest clients that Zodiac recruitment have had the pleasure of working with for a number of years now. This client is a Nationwide Company with offices across the UK. They are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their company. Their office is based in Central Bristol and they feel they can offer the right candidate an excellent working environment to progress in. They can offer a fantastic starting salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, plus industry leading benefits and hybrid working to fit your needs.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Attendance at meetings, planning committees, pre and post application public consultations
- Ensuring compliance with local planning regulations
- Writing reports, interpreting data, and making recommendations
- Demonstrating business development skills through effective client management and networking events.
In order to be suitable for the role you will:
- Have MRTPI status or working towards Chartership
- Have experience in a Town Planning related role
- Have good communication skills
