Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planning appraisals for clients prior to acquisition of a site
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
- Prepare and oversee the submission of planning applications and appeals.
- Engage with stakeholders and local communities to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in a Town Planning related role
- Have started the APC process (Not essential)
